復興航空無預警解散停飛，遭旅行業者批不負責任，交通部今天透露，復興航空已允諾在二天內退還旅行社訂金，會以信託帳戶理賠。
復興航空昨天在臨時董事會中通過解散，董事長林明昇昨天下午召開記者會，宣布所有航線停飛，由於消息突然，導致上萬名原本搭乘復興航空的旅客滯留海外，濟州島、清邁、張家界等獨家航點更是讓旅客返台路遙遙。
台北市旅行公會和旅行業全國聯合會也都陸續發表聲明，批評復興至今尚無提出對消費者和旅行業者的善後措施，造成業者財務上負擔。更有業者表示，光是買單程機票和協助轉團並提供食宿，平均得虧新台幣七十、八十萬元。
